Role of Mentoring, Approaching and Recognition

Have you feel useless in your house ? in your working place ? or in your university activity ? At one time some people must be feel about it. Feeling useless is the top feeling of someone when they reach their uncomfortable condition. It could be showed by their work that not too good or by their attendance. I believe when someone feel useless, they will also feeling uneeded and maybe they will demotivating themself regarding of their position.
When someone reach the condition of feeling useless, it can be ensured that you will make another people dissapointed to you and if you let yourself stucking around on that condition it will be very dangerous for your career and for the place where you’re working. So, What do you need to solve the problem ? Yes, You need more mentoring from your mentor, you need more approaching from your friend, you need a recognition from the place where you’re belong. But, how do you get all of it ? I can say that you can’t wait for awareness from other people about your problem. You should discuss the problem to your mentor or maybe to your friend at the same organization (if you’re to shy to discuss it with your mentor).
Now, at that part is the role of you as a friend to give more attention and caring to your friend that have that problem. Be a good listener, give some advice and a recognition is the best way of approaching to a person who feels useless. Furthermore, you could asking their permission to tell their problem to the mentor so they can achieve more advice from their mentor. Doing that way it doesn’t mean that you’re to much interfere of their business. It means you’re caring to them and want doing something to helping them. Believe me, when you do some caring to your friends who need your help even just as a partner to discuss their problem, you will achieve more as a feed back at the future. Moreover, if you could do more than just caring maybe you could achive something unpredictable !!
Ignorance will take you into the abyss of solitude. Caring will take you into the world of togetherness.
